Return Policy The following is the return policy for purchases made at The Neuro Specialist's Institute STORE only, including shirts and other garments. This is NOT a return policy for the CNS or CNP Certification Courses. To view the postponement policy, please visit www.neurospecialist.org The STORE policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused and unworn condition. We are unable to accept returns for items that are damaged. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact info@neurospecialist.org Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you regarding the status of your return. If approved for a refund, you will receive a return in your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Exchanges (if applicable) Per your request, we may replace items that are defective or have arrived damaged. Shipping Costs If returning an unused or unworn item, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking service for all returns.
